Today manufacturing, supply, distribution, services and etc. are served by highly trained teams of doctors, medical engineers, pharmacists, professionals and technicians. The company with 54 qualified personal consisting of chairman of the board , general manager , Deputy manager , managing director directors and manager , 28 sales and marketing managers 30 medical representative (medical doctors and pharmacists) 3 medical engineers and the rest of staff are responsible for administrative and other relevant activities.  As the human resources is the core parameter for the success of the company therefore keeping this success ongoing and constant, it requires and organized schedule for capacity building. it worth to mention that staff are regularly attending the refresher training sessions related to their professions both inside and outside country from time to time.
